Facebook Advertising
We use Facebook’s pixel and SDK to measure conversions. This service is provided by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. However, according to Facebook, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other third countries.
This allows the service visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to the service by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook Ads to be evaluated for statistical purposes and for future advertising measures to be optimized.
The collected data is anonymous for Fitify. We can't see the identity of the users. The data is stored and processed by Facebook, so Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, according to the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This allows Facebook to allow ads to be served on pages within Facebook and outside of Facebook. This use of data can't be influenced by Fitify.
You will find further information on the protection of your privacy in the Facebook privacy website: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/
You can disable the Custom Audiences remarketing feature in the Advertising Settings: https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences/ad_settings

Body Scanning Technology
If you use our body composition scan feature, we collect videos, images, and data (e.g., height, weight) and share them with Prism Labs Inc. (“Prism“) to create 3D body scans and calculate metrics like body composition. Prism provides us with the scan and insights to display in our app. These data may also be used to improve our services, such as training the AI models.
Some data in these scans may qualify as “biometric identifiers“ under certain laws, although they are not used for reidentification. Prism’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, separate from this one.
When a data breach occurs, we will notify you via email within 72 hours.
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
We provide paid products and services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing. We do not collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors. These payment processors comply to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 16 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 16 years old. And use of our app is not supported by our user interface.
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. – See more at: http://consumercal.org/california-online-privacy-protection-act-caloppa/#sthash.0FdRbT51.dpuf
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes via email or within our Service.
